Umiam Lake

The name Umiam literally translate into water of tears. the lake is in the state of Meghalaya, and is an incredible large man-made feature. In fact, its 4 times the size of Bermuda. The ancient tradition of this lake focuses on two sisters who wanted to alight from heaven. During the journey, one sister got list and the other sister was so grief-stricken, she cried until her tears created the lake. The lake is a beautifully calm area. The landscape is simply irresistible and a must-see.

Kaziranga National Park

Kaziranga National Park is located in the heart of Assam. It’s a world heritage site and incredible boasts 2/3rds of the world’s Great One-horned rhinoceroses. The landscape is sheer forest, rugged reeds, marshes, ad shallow pools creating the perfect habitat for the wildlife of India. It is one of the last areas in eastern India that has been preserved and untouched by a human presence, left only to the wildlife of tigers, panthers, bears, birds, and much more.

Krem Liat Prah

Krem Liat Prah Cave is one of the natural wonders of India, located in Eastern India. It is truly a natural masterpiece in mystery. Krem Liat Prah is part of an infrastructure of caves in the state of Meghalaya. The reason Krem Liat Prah is so incredible is that it is the longest cave within India, and is approximately 30 kms long. It is undeniably mystical.
