This sumptuous beef curry is not for the faint-hearted. One of the spiciest curries on the Indian subcontinent, this quick and easy recipe packs a punch with lots of flavour.


Serves 4

600g diced beef
400g Kohinoor Kolhapuri Masala Cooking Sauce
2 chopped dried chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds
30ml oil
Chopped coriander for garnish


  • Heat the oil in a pan
  • Add the mustard seeds
  • When they crackle, add the dried chilli and the beef
  • Sautee the beef until brown
  • Add the Kohinoor Kolhapuri Masala Cooking sauce
  • Reduce the heat and simmer until the beef is cooked through and tender
