These incredibly easy chocolate pots make for a tasty pudding. Swap the orange zest for lemon if you like.

Ingredients

150ml double cream
Zest 1 orange
1 cinnamon stick
100g dark chocolate
1 tbsp caster sugar

Method

  • Place the cream, orange zest, cinnamon stick, chocolate and sugar into a large pan. Cook on a low heat, stirring often until the chocolate has melted. Discard the cinnamon stick.
  • Spoon the chocolate mixture into 2 ramekins and place in the fridge for at least an hour to set.
