A beautiful vegetarian curry using the vibrant and aromatic fenugreek leaves in the curry sauce combined with rich and delicious paneer.

Ingredients

450g Paneer
2 tsp oil
1 packet of Kohinoor Haryali Methi Cooking Sauce
Chopped Coriander Leaves

 

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add the strips of paneer and cook until it gets a light colour
  • Add the Kohinoor Haryali Methi sauce, bring to a boil
  • Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander
