We’re celebrating the perfect sandwich with a true fusion of flavours. Using the concept of coronation chicken combined with our delicious egg curry sauce, this Egg Curry Sandwich could be a new favourite.
3 tbsp Kohinoor Egg Curry Sauce
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp mango chutney
4 boiled eggs
2 large rolls
Salad to serve
- Gently crush the eggs with the back of a fork in a bowl
- Mix together in a separate bowl the egg curry sauce, mayonnaise, and mango chutney. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix together the crushed eggs into the curried mayonnaise
- In the 2 large rolls add the salad and divide the mixture evenly to serve.
