Recipe for Chicken Jalfrezi Tacos
Kohinoor Jalfrezi cooking sauce – 1 packet
Kohinoor Coriander & Mint Chutney
Kohinoor Chilli Garlic Chutney
Chicken breast cut into strips – 600 grams
Red onion slices – 50 grams
Red and green bell pepper slices – 100 grams
Oil – 4 tablespoons
Salt – 5 grams
Garam masala – 2 grams
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
Small tortillas (hard or soft) – 8
Heat a frying pan with 4 tablespoons of oil, sauté the onions and bell peppers until lightly coloured.
Add the chicken breast strips and stir fry until light brown, add salt, garam masala and the Kohinoor Jalfrezi cooking sauce, keep cooking until the chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves.
Warm the tortillas on both sides, fill with the chicken Jalfrezi filling.
