The Kolhapuri Masala powder is renowned for its chilli kick! Chef Navin puts his own spin on this traditional curry by using Kohinoor Kohlapuri Masala sauce, giving you the perfect curry in minutes!

Ingredients

1 packet of Kohinoor Kohlapuri Masala sauce
2 tsp vegetable oil
500g chicken
½ tsp salt
10g ginger paste
10g garlic paste
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

Method

  • In a large pan, add and brown off the chicken
  • Add both the ginger and garlic paste
  • Cook for 5 minutes
  • Add the Kohinoor Kohlapuri Masala sauce and cover the pan to cook
  • Serve hot with chopped coriander
